What is the Wooden Bakery Display Case?
The Wooden Bakery Display Case Pro is a three-tier countertop display cabinet with an oak frame and tempered glass panels, for bakeries, cafés and retail. It measures 48″ × 24.4″ × 24.4″ (122 × 62 × 62 cm) and includes two adjustable glass shelves with seven height positions, giving three levels of display.
What else is it called?
A pastry display case, cake display cabinet, wooden bakery cabinet, or countertop display case. It's an ambient case, which distinguishes it from a refrigerated deli or patisserie cabinet.
Is it refrigerated?
No. It's an ambient display case with no refrigeration, designed for items stable at room temperature — pastries, breads, cakes, cookies and slices.
Is it made of glass or acrylic?
Tempered glass. Unlike our standard acrylic case, the Pro uses tempered glass throughout, which is considerably stronger than standard glass.
How many shelves does it have?
Two adjustable glass shelves, giving three display levels including the base. Each shelf has seven height positions, so you can set the spacing for tall cakes on one level and smaller pastries on another.
How do you clean the Wooden Bakery Display Case Pro?
The doors are designed to lift out easily, so you can clean the interior properly at the end of each day rather than reaching around a fixed panel. Glass panels can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner — no special care needed.
How much counter space does it need?
A footprint of 48″ × 24.4″ (122 × 62 cm). It's a substantial bench presence — measure your counter depth before ordering, as 62 cm is deeper than most countertop cases.
Does it need assembly?
Yes. The case ships flat with all necessary assembly tools included.
How much weight can each shelf hold?
Each glass shelf holds up to 26.5 lbs (12 kg), so a fully loaded case carries up to 79 lbs (36 kg) across the three levels.
