Door & Window Signs
Everything that goes on the glass at your entrance — your trading hours, whether you're open, and whatever else needs saying today.
All three signs mount to the glass and are updated by hand, so nothing needs reprinting when your hours change or you close early. They're designed to work together: same finish, same approach, so a door with all three still looks considered rather than cluttered.
The range
Open / Closed Sign — a slim aluminum sign with a slider that moves between Open and Closed. A bump on the slider catches at each end, so it locks in position and won't move when the door shuts. 17.1″ × 2.1″ (43.5 × 5.3 cm), with re-stickable adhesive pads.
Opening Hours Sign — displays your trading hours with magnetic numbers you rearrange as they change. 10.2″ × 10.2″ (26 × 26 cm) in powder-coated steel, with 3M Dual Lock fasteners so the whole sign lifts off to be updated at a bench and clicks back in the same position. Includes AM, PM, CLOSED and LATE.
Window Sign — for everything else. 10.2″ × 13.7″ (26 × 35 cm) with 47 ready-made magnetic words plus 227 individual letters and numbers, so most messages go up in seconds — "back soon", "order online", "sorry, closed" — and you can spell out anything the word set doesn't cover.
Common questions
Which side of the glass do these mount on?
Either. The adhesive pads work on both sides, so you can mount inside the glass or on the outside face, whichever suits your frontage.
The Open / Closed Sign is fine either way in any weather — the slider is part of the sign and won't move. The Opening Hours Sign and Window Sign use loose magnetic numbers and words, so if you're mounting them on an exposed exterior surface we'd suggest a sheltered spot rather than one taking the full force of wind and rain.
Do they work on frosted or tinted glass?
Yes. The adhesive pads stick to frosted, tinted and textured glass as well as clear. Clean and dry the surface before fixing so the adhesive bonds properly.
Can the adhesive be removed later?
The Open / Closed Sign and Window Sign use re-stickable pads, so they can be repositioned if the placement isn't right first time. The Opening Hours Sign uses 3M Dual Lock — a reclosable fastener where one side stays on the glass and the sign clicks on and off many times without losing its grip.
How do you change the message?
The Opening Hours Sign and Window Sign use magnets, so you rearrange them by hand — and both lift off the glass, so you can do it at a bench rather than reaching across a window display. The Open / Closed Sign slides between its two positions.
Do the signs arrive with anything printed on them?
The Open / Closed Sign, Opening Hours Sign and Window Sign all come ready to use — the Open / Closed Sign with its wording built in, and the other two with the magnetic numbers, words and letters included.
