What is the Poster Hanging Menu Board?

The Poster Hanging Menu Board is a single-sided frame for A1 posters, designed to hang from the ceiling or mount to a wall. The frame is 25.2″ × 34.6″ (64 × 88 cm) in aluminum with a polycarbonate front, weighs 11.9 lbs (5.4 kg), and shows 23.2″ × 32.7″ (59 × 83 cm) of your poster. Four extension rods are included for adjusting the drop.

Is the Poster Hanging Menu Board double-sided?

No — this display is single-sided. If you're hanging it in the middle of a room where people approach from both directions, only one side will show your poster.

A1 — 23.4″ × 33.1″ (59.4 × 84 cm). The visible area is 23.2″ × 32.7″ (59 × 83 cm), so a few millimetres around the edge sit behind the frame. Keep important text and logos slightly inside the edge of your artwork.

Is the poster protected?

Yes. The poster sits behind a polycarbonate front, which keeps it flat and clean. Polycarbonate is more impact-resistant than acrylic and won't shatter, which matters for something suspended overhead.

Can the Poster Hanging Menu Board be wall-mounted instead of hung?

Yes. It's designed for either ceiling or wall mounting, and the hardware for both is included.

How far down does the Poster Hanging Menu Board hang?

Four 9.8″ (25 cm) extension rods are supplied, two per side, so you can add 9.8″ or 19.7″ (25 or 50 cm) to the drop.

Does the Poster Hanging Menu Board come with mounting hardware?

Yes. Screws for timber are supplied. For plasterboard, tile, brick or concrete, source the appropriate fixings from your hardware store.

At 11.9 lbs (5.4 kg) suspended overhead, fixings need to go into solid structure — a ceiling joist or timber framing, not plasterboard alone. We recommend a builder handle the installation.

Does poster printing come with the Poster Hanging Menu Board?

No — the display is supplied empty. A1 posters can be printed at any local print shop, so you can update your menu as often as you like for the cost of a sheet of paper.

Do you have a matching sign that can work with this menu?

Is the Poster Hanging Menu Board weatherproof?

No. The Poster Hanging Menu Board is designed for indoor use only.
