What is the Bakery Display Case Pro?
The Bakery Display Case Pro is a three-tier countertop display cabinet built from aluminum and tempered glass, designed for commercial use in bakeries, cafés and retail spaces. It measures 48″ × 23.6″ × 23.6″ (122 × 60 × 60 cm) and includes two adjustable glass shelves with seven height positions, giving three levels of display in total.
What's the difference between the Bakery Display Case and the Bakery Display Case Pro?
The standard Bakery Display Case is a single-tier acrylic case, 10.2″ (26 cm) high and 15″ (38 cm) deep, in three widths up to 38.6″ (98 cm). The Pro is larger and taller at 48″ × 23.6″ × 23.6″ (122 × 60 × 60 cm), built from tempered glass rather than acrylic, and has two adjustable glass shelves for three display tiers. The standard case suits a smaller counter or a single row of product; the Pro is built for higher volume and heavier daily use, and its glass panels are designed for this.
What else is the Bakery Display Case Pro called?
The Bakery Display Case Pro is also known as a pastry display cabinet, glass bakery case, cake display cabinet, or countertop display case. It's an ambient (non-refrigerated) case, which distinguishes it from a refrigerated deli or patisserie cabinet.
Is the Bakery Display Case Pro refrigerated?
No. It's an ambient display case with no refrigeration, designed for items stable at room temperature — pastries, breads, cakes, cookies and slices. For anything needing temperature control, you'll need a refrigerated cabinet.
Is it made of glass or acrylic?
Tempered glass. Unlike our standard acrylic case, the Pro uses tempered glass throughout, which is considerably stronger than standard glass.
How many shelves does it have?
Two adjustable glass shelves, giving three display levels including the base. Each shelf has seven height positions, so you can set the spacing for tall cakes on one level and smaller pastries on another.
How do you clean the Bakery Display Case Pro?
The doors are designed to lift out easily, so you can clean the interior properly at the end of each day rather than reaching around a fixed panel. Glass panels can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner — no special care needed.
How much counter space does it need?
The Pro has a footprint of 48″ × 23.6″ (122 × 60 cm). It's deeper than our standard case, so measure your counter depth before ordering — 23.6″ (60 cm) is a substantial bench footprint.
