Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 100 day returns policy. If after 100 days you're not entirely happy, then please your product back to us for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds.
Please note, you will need to cover the cost of shipping and all items must be returned in their original condition with packaging intact to qualify for a store credit or exchange.
Customised or sale items are final and are not eligible for returns or store credit.
We recommend tracking your return too, just in case.
After we receive your return we will assess that it's in the same condition as when we sent it and be in touch with an update on your exchange or credit.
