What is the Menu Board?
The Menu Board is a wall-mounted grooved letter board for cafés, bakeries and restaurants. Letter tiles slot into horizontal rails across the board, so lines stay perfectly straight. It measures 23.6″ × 31.5″ (60 × 80 cm) and 1″ (2.5 cm) deep, weighs 11 lbs (5 kg), and comes with 510 reversible letter, number and symbol tiles at 1.5″ (3.8 cm) high.
Are the letter tiles reversable?
Yes. Every tile is black on one side and white on the other, so you can run a black-on-white or white-on-black menu, or mix the two for headings and detail — without buying a second set. Flipping the tiles is the quickest way to change the whole look of your board.
What are the letter tiles made of?
Paper card, with a black face on one side and white on the other. Each tile is 1.5″ (3.8 cm) high.
How do you install the Menu Board?
The board mounts to the wall with the supplied stainless steel screws for timber and hardware. You'll need a drill, a level and a second pair of hands.
Can I buy extra changeable letters if I run out?
Yes, you sure can. If you have ordered and find that you’re short, we sell extra kits of the changeable display letters here.
Can the Menu Board be mounted on a tile or brick?
Yes, but you'll need to source your own screws and wall plugs — the supplied screws aren't designed for tile or brick.
Can the Menu Board be used outdoors?
No. The steel rails and letters aren't weatherproof, so the Menu Board is for indoor use only, or fully covered areas protected from rain.
